Reine Victoria shrub was created in Lyon by Mr Joseph Schwartz in 1872. It was one of the most cultivated rose during 19th century. Reine Victoria has a flower bouquet scent , seringat and peony flower. it repeats blooming all summer . this shrub is also hardy and can resist to cold or hot temperatures. it belongs to Bourbon rose family.
